
Emergency Response Team (ERT) Training
This training is suitable for members of a crisis management team and its support teams (Security, Facilities, First Responders (First Aiders). Its purpose is to teach teams and individuals how to quickly, confidently and effectively to provide life-saving skills to casualties with catastrophic injuries in the event of a critical incident, or the aftermath of a terrorist attack, where injuries sustained would/could include (or a multiple of all):
- Knife Attack (KA)
- Active Shooter (AS)
- IED (Bomb blast injuries – amputations, burns, catastrophic bleeding etc)
- PBIED (Person-Borne Improvised Explosive Device)
- Aggressive Vehicle As Weapon (AVAW)
- Acid/Corrosive substance
